I'll take one I/C spray kit. Will it have the STI I/C spray button or a generic one?

Comes with a DEi brand activation switch but you can wire up a factory one if you'd like.

Thanks,
Jackie

Wow! You're not kidding! I priced it out at Summit for $88.83 Shipped to my door which kicks my group buy pricing in the butt. I guess I can't compete with the big guys, my discounts just aren't good enough. I can only pass on good discounts if I get good discounts. I pay almost as much as their sale price! I e-mailed DEi to see if we could work something out on better pricing. I will update the thread or change the items when I hear back from them.

Thanks for the heads up!

Jackie

Yeah, don't mean to bring the bad news. I like to give NASIOC vendors my money vs. the competitors so I'll keep my eye on the group buy to see what you find out.

Thanks

If you can match the summit price, I'll even pick it up locally to save you from shipping it. Maybe i'll pick up some other stuff too while I'm at it.

I am still waiting on a reply from DEi about the pricing but I will get back to you guys ASAP. Unfortunately I can't match Summit at this time because their price is only about 2 bucks higher than what I pay for the part...ouch! So, let me see what I can do...

Thanks!

Would anybody be interested in group buys on Turbosmart products such as the e-Boost2? I am still working with DEI on the pricing.

Thanks,
Jackie

I/C Spray kit is interesting.
Jackie...Will I need anything else to mount & install this kit (besides water )??

Oh Yeah, like benji asked...does it really benefit a stock motor? I got some detonation these past few summer months at WOT. Now that it's cooler...no det . I am hoping that next summer, this kit will fix the darn det!!!

As far as the ebay item...Does look the same...only thing is, caption says "Picture is not of actual item"

As I said before, the pricing I have listed here just isn't going to work out. I am trying to work out a deal with DEi to get a better discount for these items.

The kit includes everything needed for installation except for the nozzles because they sell optional sprayers that directly fit to your intercooler. They include an activation switch but you may use your own if you would like.

The water spray kit may improve your performance during those super hot days but not as much as something like a C02 sprayer. I would say that something like a water spray kit would benefit stock intercoolers better than aftermarket intercoolers because your stock intercoolers run at a higher temperature than most aftermarket options. Either way, you should not really see horsepower from this kit, just better, cooler opperation.

As far as ebay goes...it's either a hit or a miss. When buying aftermarket parts it is always good to buy from someone you trust so you know you are getting the correct quality product that you are paying for.

Louie - It doesn't include nozzles because DEi sells the rings for your intercooler like you would see in a Co2 setup. You can use those or buy some OEM nozzles and hook them up.

The resevoir can be placed anywhere you would like it but I personally recommend the trunk since it would be easily accessible and you would not have to worry about heat.

Thanks,
Jackie
