Default Thanks to Robin, Mike and Rich

I just want to thank you guys for organizing the Kingston meet. It was my first "official" meet and it was pretty enjoyable. I speak for my friend Fred, too. He was ecstatic when Rejean/Julien gave him his sway bar. The meet gave me new ideas on how to mod my car, exchange ideas, stories and a little bit of networking Plus, its always nice to see the Rally car and a real WRX STi.

Robin, the pictures are gonna be done on wednesday, but I will be headed to Vancouver for a week, so I don't think I will have time to scan them. I know you are dying to see some of the "in-car" shots

Carlo

Thanks Carlo. 2 years in a row we have beauitful weather....

It was a decent turnout and hopefully next year we can grow on that....... Maybe next year, we could do a full lapping day at Shannonville......

Let me know for the pics or bring them to the next meeting on Sept 6th.

Robin

Thumbs up Kingston 2001

Yup, you guys did a great job this year! Good to see so many guys from Montreal show up this time too!!

Also thanks to Jens (from the Ottawa club) for the scouting missions and setting up the TSD! Fantastic job!

Cheers,

Thumbs up Photos and thanks!

Thanks to all the organizers as well!! Pascale and I had a good time! We camped on Saturday and had a chance to visit Kingston, was a very nice week-end. Very interesting talking to all the members from the different clubs!

Rejean always has something interesting to talk about. It was also nice seeing two completely different REX, one for the track and one for rallying...

How about that "off-road" excursion at Fort Henry...

Anyway, we'll have the pictures ready this week, and hopefully they'll turn out good. Especially the in car pictures of the Ottawa convoy.

Thanks to the Montreal and Toronto club for the good turnout.

Matt

Thumbs up

Ya! thanks to all of the organizers (ie. Robin, Jens etc) for setting it up. Well worth the trip! And getting a chance to see Pat Richard's WRX put the icing on the cake.

It's too bad the TSD rally didn't take place, but Jen's layout ain't lay to waste. There's always next year. Thanks Jens.

Are any of us Ottawa drivers willing/planning on heading out to Gatineau or west for an afternoon drive?

I'm up for it.
