Default help gauge cluster needles sticky

I did the gauge cluster mod by trunk monkey, and when we put it back together test drove it, the needles for speedo and odometer are sticky, sometimes it wont even go back right away.

Did you make sure to use some canned air and blow the dust out? Did you also make sure to press the little rings back down? All the answers you need are in that thread...
