Ok, I have been working on a couple of motor projects for a while and now that things are about to happen with those my current motor is available for sale. This motor has been carefully broken in and despite having 5,000 miles on it has little signs of wear and tair.

EJ22 closed deck block
Axis 2.5 crank shaft, oiling modifications for high rpms.
Oliver Rods
CP pistons 8.5:1 compression
ARP head studds
Cometic head gaskets
WRX heads ported and flowed
JUN 272 cams
Dual springs and retainers

Total cost new for this setup I believe was around $10k assembled.

First $6k takes it.

Mike

Would you part out? If so, how much for the heads minus the Jun cams?

To be honest I am not looking to part this motor out if I can help as I would much rather pull it from the car and crate it.

Wow, bump for a nice motor.

I'm not really interested in buying it, but could you post what kind of boost/power this thing sees?

Typically it runs 22psi on the street (only runs 100 octane). It's been setup to run 30psi with C16 and was making 470whp and 390ftlbs on our Mustang dyno.

Sorry missed this one, it is a USDM head ported and flowed with oversized valves and the Axis stage to spring and retainer kit coupled with Jun cams.

Openning it up to offers folks..

If anyone wants it refreshed to new (everything dissambled, new bearings, rings, block hot tanked, rods sized, crank rebalanceds, heads decked, new head gaskets and valve job) I'll throw that in for $1200 including assembly.
