How hard is it to change the blub in the fog light??!?!

What car? On the GC's and bugeye GD's, you access the bulb by removing the fog light from the bumper. Three bolts and it's out in a few minutes. Then unplug the connector and open the rear cover to remove/replace the bulb.
On the '04-up with the smaller foglights you drop the corner of the plastic under-cover to get to the rear of the fog light.

....just don't put higher than stock wattage bulbs in them....ya likely will melt the connector or the harness or both...bad juju.
