Default Max rpm?

Hey, I have a built motor, but I don't know whats been exactly done. Whats the highest I can rev a stock EJ25? Im hopeing I can bump up the rev limiter to 7k or possible higher. this is in a 98 impreza 2.5 rs.

Unless there has been some valvetrain work i wouldn't suggest more than the stock rev limit of 6500. You could probably take it up to 7000, but since you don't know whats been done to the motor that could be a very bad idea.
