Default Will I allways get miss firing codes?

Well I just bought a 2000 RS-T and would like to know if I should expect to allways have miss firing codes. It is the gt-25 kit and is running the Link EM. I have replaced spark plugs and gapped them to .25. Is there anything I can do to get rid of this or not? Thanks for the help.
PS I have also replaced the o2 sensors.

I figured out the problem. It is the lightweight flywheel.

Hmmm...I have a lightrnrd flywheel and pully and get codes all the time. But I didn't get them when I was NA. Only after the turbo. Anyone think I should ditch the pully?

ohhhhh yeah. if you have a good dealership around you, they can hook up to the select monitor and figure out why the car misfiring. it could be many things. carbon build up, dropped valve, or secondary ignition things, etc. they can def figure it out if they are at all intelligent with the scan tool.

Well.....EJ257 Hybid is coming out, GT28R is going back in along with the Stock 2.5.

And I'm gonna try an e-manage for that. Think the stock injectors, FPR and a 255L pump will be able to handle 6-7 psi wtith it?

(And no....hybrid is not for sale...it's getting WRX heads and going into a 2003 WRX wagon.)
