What's the best place to mount a transmission temerature sending unit?
This is for a 2002 WRX.
I've heard of just Tee'ing one of the hose lines near the radiator, but I don't know:
What size adapters/tee to plug into the hose?
What size the hose is?
Or is there a better way to do this?
I tried searching these forums, but came up with nothing.
I know the threading on the sending unit(an Autometer in this case) is either:
1/2 in. NPT adapter/fitting
1/8 in. NPT sender.
3/8 in. NPT adapter/fitting.
Thanks in advance for the help.
