Does the Baja-T have a pre-cat in the up-pipe?

I believe there is a precat on the up-pipe. There was no tuning done, all stock except for the exhaust - stock TMIC, injectors, ECU, etc. I get some subtle backfire burbles at times.

I wish Cobb would offer their AP for the Baja-T, I'd like something simple add/remove while offering a little more power.
