Default Can I use 194 instead of 168

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that 168 and 194 are the same bulb. But i'm just making sure. the 194's that I just bought say 12V but they do not show a wattage.

I don't have the information in front of me but, one of those bulbs is the brighter one. They are the same bulb housing though so they should both fit.

Depends on how you are using them... Size wise they are the same, but 194s are higher wattage and will run hotter. Just replace them with LEDs.

actually the 168's are higher wattage, but there is not a significant difference.....LED's are directional for the most part.

IIRC, the 194 is 3 watts, and the 168 is 5 watts.
