Default Enabling Daytime Running Lights 1999 2.5RS

I have searched and found plenty of threads referencing DRL's and WRX's. Most of them refer to disabling the DRL. Would anyone know how to enable the DRL's on a 1999 2.5RS? Thanks in advance

There is a plug just in front of the wiper motor - passenger side on the rear side of the strut tower.

It should say caution or similar on it - just plug it in!

Are you certain? This vehicle has never had Daytime Running Lights... If you are sure, would it be possible to get a pic, I looked under the hood a few miutes ago, and didn't see anything similiar to your description.

If the vehicle didn't have DRLs, you'd have to make your own circuit for it.

Not impossible, but not super trivial either.
