Thumbs up TIC/Turn In Concepts (merged thread)

recently purchased some bushings from these guys - nice website, unique products, easy purchase via PayPal, good "handholding" (3 emails), and since the product was light they provided reasonably quick free shipping via USPS. Good experience all around.

I also picked up some bushings from TIC, the "rear klicky klick" kit to be exact. I had already bought the regular Kartboy shifter bushings when I got the differential bushings, so this kit was exactly what I needed. I experienced pretty much the same excellent service as ripvw. They also included a little green army guy, which gave me a pretty good laugh. Quick shipping is allowing me to do my install this weekend, a very short 5 days after I ordered. Another nice thing is that they don't bull**** on the compromises you will make with installing some of the suspension/drivetrain parts they sell. NVH warnings are there, along with above-average descriptions and links to install pages.

Just want to let everyone know the wonderful experience I've had with Turn In Concepts. Ordered my super shift kit and rear diff mount bushings and was aware that their super shift kit was out of stock, per their website. Ordered them anyways and received an e-mail for the order. Then receive another e-mail from Clint telling me that they received their delivery and that my short shift kit will go out today. Another e-mail from Clint tells me that he's heading to the post office to deliver it now. Get into the office today(Monday) and someone drops off a package for me. Turns out it's from Turn In Concepts. At this moment, I'm kind of dumbfounded as I placed the order Friday evening. What an excellent combination: great service, communication, and price. Best of luck to your guys' company. I'm sure you guys will do well. Thanks again for the experience

I would just like to say thank you to the guys a t TIC. My boss and my professors have told me about customer service, and they should take lessons from TIC!!!! These guys went so far betond the call of duty to help me with diff bushings for my car (different than the wrx ones). I hope more people send there business the way of TIC. I cant say enough, communication, shipping, the product itself (both of guys ) . It was an honor to do business with such great people. Service this good is very VERY rare.

Thanks

I recently had a very good experience with Tony from Turn In Concepts. It all started when I posted on the ‘Brakes, Steering & Suspension’ forum about a rear swaybar I installed on my WRX wagon (original post). It turns out I had the incorrect bushings … I had the ‘02/’03 WRX bushings and I needed the ‘04/’05 bushings. Tony was very helpful and sent me a private message. He said that he had a set of bushings from a MR2 22mm swaybar that might work. After checking their fitment on his own car, he sent them to me free of charge. He really went out of his way to help me out… I definitely recommend them to everyone. Their site is http://www.turninconcepts.com/

Recently purchased a set of differential bushings from TiC. Their customer service has been phenominal. I've had various discussions with Clint on how they should feel as well as questions about their short shifter bushings. The entire time, he has been courteous and gone out of his way to be helpful with questions and concerns. Can't wait to install my short shifter set up. Highly recommend purchasing from these guys.

Just got my TiC Bodacious Bushing Bundle installed and the combination of bushings on the car is fantastic. Clint has been great through this whole process and has addressed any issues that I may have had with the shifter. He has responded quickly with solutions to minor problems that I had. I can't praise these guys enough for their products and customer service.

[Bill Lumberg] Yeah.....I'm gonna have to agree with the above posters. [/Bill Lumberg]

While I'd rather not post my dealings with TiC, lets just say they did some stuff that most Vendors wouldn't. I was personally touched by their actions on my behalf and the actions I've seen them take with others that I know shows me that their #1 resource is not their products, but rather their character. I don't mean to be a chummy with my post, but they are one of the best Vendors on Nabisco in my opinion.

Let me sing the praises of TIC too-

I've placed two orders and they've both shipped out the same day that they were placed. Clint send email informing me of what was going on and I couldn't be happier.

My car is going to shake like a coin-op bed once I get all of these bushings installed

Thanks!
Mike

As far as customer service, product quality, shipment time, helpfullness, and all the other good things, Clint @ TiC gets the highest rating I can give A+++++ ^infinity

I asked him a bunch of questions and knew exactly what I was getting, and Clint even made a 2-week bundle of the things I wanted which saved me $7. Did I mention Free Shipping in continental USA!

I got the TiC Rear diff bushings, the Kartboy outrigger bushings, and Kartboy f&r shifter bushings along with 7 KB stickers, a KB tatoo, 2 TiC gold stickers, and a KB patch and 3 army men. lol.

Im going to be doing more business with them soon (Whiteline 24mm FSB)

Oh! That's not right. I'll get some out your way to fix that.

We're kinda low on the braces. In fact, we may be out for now. I do know that I have a set coming back from our guy who was our tester for the forester. They didn't work on the forester so he should be sending them back to me soon.

We've also been talking to a new fabricator on these so hopefully he'll get back to me with a quote, and timing soon.

We do, but we'd need to set up an appointment. Shoot me a PM on what you're interested in.

PS. We've been known to help with parts that aren't made by us too.

Just bought Whiteline sways and rear alloy endlinks from them and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and excellent support. I delt with Clint, and not only was he exceptionally knowledgeable about what I needed for my application, but he constantly kept in contact via e-mail while I went through the installation. Even making suggestions about pitfalls to avoid (which saved me a lot of time).

I will buy from TIC again, and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

Another happy camper...

I just gotta post here, guys...

I have dealt with MANY of the vendors that frequent this board and there are a couple that are without any possible doubt, in a seperate league of their own.

Clint and Tony at Turn in Concepts are as good as they get.

These guys have won my support for what they offer, no doubt.

Clint----Tony.....my thanks

I bought a used Whiteline 24mm Front sway from Clint's personal car a few weeks ago. It got to my house a couple days later, was in good condition and included everyhting to make a 60minute swap (with removing the subframe). Awesome handling now, and eternal thanks to TiC and Clint!
