Over the past year I have purchased many things from TiC and they are always quick and informative with order status and shipping. I always get my items quickly with everything is packaged well and with awesome accompanying stickers, how come there are never any ones of the cow on your logo? The TiC brand products are amazing stuff and the amount and availability of the different parts that they make are a welcome addition to the market. Sooner or later I will have all my stock 126k mile bushings replaced with TiC's .

There is a bit of a schism within TiC right now in relation to the cow.

Some feel that it's not a representation of professionalism which we want to show as we move to more upscale brands.

Others feel that the cow is appropriate for who we are and what we do.

It's a bit of a sore spot around here.

the cow is awesome. I love the one on my driver's mirror, and it is the only sticker I have ever put on the paint of any of my cars. and considering the "rally pig" is from the old Subaru WRC car, I'm not sure how a spinoff would ever be viewed as unprofessional by enthusiasts. when you're not rallying, Tarmac Cow FTW!!! and I don't think you guys have to worry about litigation from kids wanting to buy your products because of the cartoon logo, unless you start selling cigarettes

I think the cow is great and shows the human side of the shop. I have seen many businesses lose touch with who they are in the pursuit of a show of professionalism. To me, how you guys have treated your customers before, during and after purchases is what makes you pro.

Save the cow, eat bacon!

Nothing wrong with a nice Holstein. Very productive. Gateway Computers has used the black and white for their logo.

Perhaps more buttoned down in the names, I like the humor though, and stay with cold analytical descriptions of product?

My dad ran a small herd of Polled Herefords, beef, for a while. I like cows, but what do I know about car parts? I'm one of the few that bought a set of the Ti brake rotor shims to keep the heat out of the front hubs, and already had a set of Ti backing plates from another vendor.

I sincerely enjoy the humorous aspects of the TiC website. Their parts descriptions inspire me to read about parts which aren't even applicable to my specific car. So if they're considering cut and dry commentary with a no nonsense approach in this all too serious world, TiC will just blend right in with the crowd and we don't want that. In other words, keep the humor and the cow.

What haven't I bought from TiC?

You made me really happy during tax season. I ordered a swaybar on Friday before Labor Day and had it here Tuesday. I installed it today.

Also a big thanks to Tony. I asked a question and he put some thought into it an voila! A new front swaybar to bring back some limber to the front-end.

Overall, I've been very happy with TiC. Period.

If you want a company that is serious, but also human, TiC is a place to shop from.

*******

I did not know about the TiC Rally Cow issue.

Unfortunately, I do understand. You have to grow and to do so, some things have to change.

Don't laugh. Put a bio on the Website and on your Facebook page that discusses how you became TiC and why you have the Rally Cow how it is associated with your idea of your company.

Keep the cow, but you'll have to present the cow differently.

WAS I SUPPOSED TO GET A COW STICKER OR CANDY IN MY ORDER OR SOMETHING?!!? VERY UPSET!!

These guys are great! I can rely on them to answer my questions via private message every time. They also shipped my new 5MT Linkage Update, tranny crossmember bushings, and pivot bushing SUPER fast.

I will most definitely be doing business with them again!

But really, no sticker?!!?!

These folks ROCK! I put an order in over the phone and they lead me in the right direction for other products that would help in my build. They took the time to ask about what I would be using my car for and then made the best recommendations for me. I will definitely be ordering from them again. However no stickers... Thanks TIC

I know. I'm out and really need to get some done, but we're not sure what to do. Nice cut vinyl ones are expensive. We can do them ourselves like we did years ago, but we honestly don't have the time. Heck, this year alone I've brought on three more staff members and we're still overloaded.

The flip side is I had some made that were on a clear backing. While less expensive they were NOWHERE near as nice.

What I need are some suggestions. I'm not at all a sticker manufacture guru, and I have no idea the options that are out there (can we die cut these, are we stuck with a plotter, I don't know). I'm open to suggestions.

I just had a pretty fantastic experience w/TiC. Clint, Gary, Greg and all the other guys were super friendly and helpful, jesus do they know their stuff. Now I've got a hub swapped 04 STI sitting on a new suspension and bushings. Easily worth the drive and gas to head down from Columbus. Thanks again guys, I'm sure I won't be able to stay away for too long.

What a nice way for me to end tax filing season 2012 for the 2011 tax year.

My TiC Motive TGV deletes and a Deatchwerks 255lph fuel-pump came in today. I can say that the TGV deletes are really nice and made well. No burrs, no casting imperfections and so-on. I will however have to wait until next year to install them. My plans are to upgrade the turbo and add an EBCS and then of course have the car retuned.

I keep finding ways to buy from TiC even though I am effectively running out of items to buy from them.

As always, the quality in the parts and quality in the service is still number-one with TiC!

Keep-up the great work!

Just ordered quite a bit of suspension parts a pieces I need for my dspec install.

They had them all in-stock and even price matched my local dealership on a deal for stock tophats.

Great advice and answers to questions as well. Tony sent me tracking info as soon as it shipped.

Some shops are tough to deal with out of state, not this one.

Thanks again guys.

Got in on the TiC group buy for the composite TGVs which arrived today look great and can't wait to get the rest of the motor back to put them on! Through out the entire process they were great with communicating where they were with everything. This is only my 3rd order with them but have been very happy with all of them. I foresee them being one of my go-to vendors.

at first I reads this and was all

then I checked my email and and was all

according to Mr FedEx I should have a present waiting for me when I get home and then I'll be all

I called TiC a little over a week ago saying that I have new shocks to install and I want to refresh everything else while I'm at it. We discussed what parts I already had, what I was going to do with the car, and how much do I want to upgrade.

Greg answered all of my questions and then told me what all I should buy, so I said, OK. shut up and take my money!

The only caveat with this experience was that it did take a while for a copy of my order to be emailed to me. I was wanting it just to double check what I ordered vs what I already have to be sure I wasn't missing anything. I PM'd them a few times looking for it, always got prompt PM responses, but never really got the summary I was hoping to see until yesterday. No biggie. I just wanted little sooner. (heck, i probably would have thrown some more stuff on my order too)

Overall TiC is awesome, and they will get more of my money sooner or later (probably sooner)

that is a shortcoming with phone in orders with us, and something we are fully aware of.

Since our back end systems are so archaic when we do a phone order we also have to create an invoice by hand that we can send.

We are/have been working working on a new system that will/should address this problem quite nicely. Sadly, it's taking a long time.

Got my parts from TIC on time for my install. Completely transformed the car, I can't believe I waited 2 years to do the suspension update. Thanks again Tony..
