05 Angel eyes. Need Help

Hey guys whats up?

I really don't start threads anymore... never had a good experience. But i need some of your help, I usually just search for an hr or 2 till i find my info but i need some clarification on it. I read this thread:http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...highlight=halo

Now my question to you guys is, How can I make these Halo's that look like BMW Halo's? Where do I get the parts? or if making it isn't practical or not recommended who or where can i get some Halo's for my 05 RS from?

Please don't ask me why i wanna do this or tell me your opinion on it. I just need some simple answers and then Get on with my project. Thanks to anybody who is willing to help me out.

they are easy to make. all you need is some led's wnatever color you want and some blinds rods (those hex rods used to tilt open blinds in your house) they are almost like a fiber optic rod so they will hold light. I can give you the step by step if you want just let me know. Basically boil or heat rod to mold to the circle you want, cut tiny little slits to refract the light and mount and wire everything

normally they just heat up the rod (oven maybe) ...and wrap it around a pop can

Yea but the thing im confused about is you guys know how the 05 WRX headlights look right? The driver light area not the high beam area... well its not really circular. SO When i wanna glue it to the housing how would i go about that should i just make it into a circle and glue the section of the rod that does touch the housing? or should i shape it into the same weird rectangular/circlish shape of the driver light?

I don't know if im being clear but if it would help i can post a pic if u dont understand.

its basically the same as those instructions, i guess you have to get creative with the shape, maybe use some sort or stiff wire from the housing to suspend them somewhere. It would be nice to get a scrap set or headlights and go to town with them. Good luck let me know if you get a prototype or something going.
