Default access port help

i got a problem with my access port. it wont connect with my computer, i had this problem a while back and all of the sudden it started working. now it wont connect because it could not identify the access port. i went in to and made sure it connects to the right com port, and it says it is found the access port. i tryied to call cobb but there closed till monday. there is not trouble codes unlike the last time. i cant uninstall the program off my computer because i lost the install disk. also i did update to the new map management.

What exactly did you do to update to the new map management? Did you just update the Map Manager software on your PC? If so, I believe you should be able to connect to the AP since you have an '03.

I've had this problem before as well. I've found that if you don't have the map manager software automatically search for your AP and just go in and manually tell it which COM port it's on usually works.
