Default How do you reset Utec?

I've been having a misfire code on cylinder 3 since I installed Perrin modified injectors, so I reinstalled factory size injectors 550cc back in my 04sti. I changed the injector sizing back to 550cc and reset the Utec by removing the 100amp fuse in the fuse box, but I only waited a few seconds before reinstalling the fuse.. After I started the motor I got a **** load of white smoke coming out of my exhaust and motors running very rough probably since Utec didn't recognize the change injector size. , Now I removed the fuse and will wait a few minutes before putting it back. What is the proper way to reset the Utec?

When you remove the key from the ignition wait until you hear a click from a relay in the passenger side footwell. That relay powers the ECU/UTEC so when it clicks off the UTEC will perform a full reset. It takes anywhere from 2 to approximately 20 seconds.
