Yes, this is the same car I was attempting to sell previously (then pulled from the market for a while), but with fewer parts included and thus a lower price. For those of you already familiar with the previous listing, there are only two major differences (except for the price, of course). First, the wheel/tire combo has changed from 16x7 RS wheels with Falken 512s to 15x6 Legacy alloys with RE92s. Second, five of the line items that were under "not installed" previously, are now no longer included with the car. The exhaust has already been sold and the other four entries (the ICs/BPVs, the PS pump, the bumper turn signals, and the power antenna) will be individually posted for sale soon (however, if you desire any of these parts they can, of course, be negotiated into the price of the car).

For Sale:
1991 Subaru Legacy Sport Sedan
2.2L H-4 Turbo
4-speed automatic (4EAT)
Fulltime AWD with rear VLSD (only the '91 models had the rear LSD)
Silver with Gray interior
190k miles
Factory oil cooler (also a '91 only feature)

CarFax Report:
http://warpthree.com/images/warp3/le...egacySport.pdf

Photos:
Here is what it looked like when I bought it about it about a year ago: http://warpthree.com/gallery/?folder.../legacy/040821 and not much has changed since then. I've deyellowed the headlights somewhat (wet sanding followed by clearcoat) and it now has bronze wheels (they are stock Legacy Turbo alloys, just painted bronze).

Updated pics are coming as soon as I get the chance to wash the car and take some snapshots of it...

Mods / Extras:
- OE 15x6 Legacy Turbo 7-spoke alloys, painted bronze (with 195/60-15 Bridgestone Potenza RE92s)
- TD05H-16G turbo (installed by Boxer4Racing and Deadbolt Enterprises)
- Motul Synthetic ATF
- Custom made diagnostic cable and bootable CD for Vikash's BC/BF scan tool utility
- Haynes 1990-1998 Subaru Legacy repair manual

Parts replaced since purchased:
- Initial round of "tune-up" parts (plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, wiper blades, etc.)
- Turbo inlet boot
- Torque Converter, flex plate, and tranny mount (installed by Boxer4Racing)
- Trunk badge ("Legacy Turbo" badge was missing when I purchased the car)
- Radiator (incl. radiator hoses, thermostat and thermostat gasket)
- Starter (however, the solenoid contacts are sticking again after only 6mo; needs replaced again, preferably with one from the dealer this time)
- Rear brake pads
- Front passenger side axle (Subaru OE)
- Front ball-joints
- O2 sensor (Subaru OE)

Parts / mods that were purchased but never installed (but are included with the car):
- Hard pipe and two hoses for the oil cooler (as the current ones aren't in very good shape)
- Alternator (suspect the alternator (or at least the voltage regulator in it) is dying (though the alternator does still work); I've purchased a replacement, but haven't found the time to install it)

Known issues:
- Compressor bypass valve stuck in the closed position
- Occasional odd noise under load...my guesses are that it is either tranny or heat-shield related
- Tranny seems sluggish under acceleration...possibly needs a rebuild or maybe the bands need adjusted...still perfectly drivable
- Has apparently had crash damage to the left side in the past as the rear part of the left-rear door will not hold a magnet
- Rust spot just behind the left-rear door (see pics)
- Previous owner sealed around the outside edge of the sunroof with a bead of silicone as it was leaking
- Passenger visor is from a different car (though the color and style matches perfectly, so it blends right in)
- Runs 10psi of boost even though there is a 7.5psi wastegate on the turbo...car runs perfectly fine at 10psi on 93 octane, so it isn't a pressing issue, but it is still kinda odd
- Leaks oil (it is a Subaru after all )
- ABS acts strangely for the first couple minutes, then the ABS light comes on the ABS shuts off for the duration of the drive (and I haven't had the chance to pull the code from the ABS computer).
- Passenger side bumper turn signal is cracked

Reason for selling:
Since I have the Legacy GT as my daily driver and the 2.5RS as my race/project car, I no longer have any real need for (nor any time to expend on) this car.

Price: $1500 SOLD!!!

Shane

Hey, either of you want a set of new front rotors and factory pads? I have some that I bought to go on my '92 that it ended up not needing. Cheap!

Some? You've been my only buyer of the 1G Legacy parts thus far. You sure you don't want the rest of the parts at a discounted bulk rate?

Wow, you got it installed already? Sweet!

Oh and speaking of exhaust, I forgot to mention the side of the muffler on this car is pretty much rusted through, so it kinda sounds like it has an upgraded exhaust. The rest of the exhaust is in *great* condition, though (much better than I had expected with a car this old and with that many miles).

It was a royal pain to install. The stock axleback and midpipe were completely rusted together. I had to drop that all as one piece. Neither of the tranny mounts lined up, so I am currently without.

I got most of it in in about an hour and a half, and was waiting for the gaskets from dale to install the downpipe.

Great doing business with you, too.

Turbos are fun when it's cold out, aren't they?
