i thought NA cars just have headers and cat.. and catback...
at least thats how it is for most hondas.. |

as far as i know, up and down pipe are refering the the pipes going into and out of the turbo. hence if there's no turbo, there's neither of these pipes.

If you're looking for headers, depends on what your goal is - you can either go with Borlas or the new TWE equal length 4-2-1. No up-pipe and down-pipe on any NA car. As for exhaust, frankly I wouldn't bother with exhaust on NA car unless I had extensive amount of mods but that's just me - people like it loud and clear that their vehicle is passing by

having a full header back exhaust myself I would have to agree w/ kgb, without internals and EM there's really not much gain from exhaust along. but my car does sound a lot better (but not loud, hehe)
