Default really late boost with utec

i just went from a internally gated fp red turbo to a ext gated gt30r, and with the red i got 20psi at 4k and i only get 20psi by 5k+

the ewg dumps to atmosphere and i cant hear it open under 5k rpm, what could be going wrong? do i need to anything special because i am going external?

Next time you log in hyper-terminal, use 'shift-1' instead of just hitting '1' for the comma delimited text. Then copy from a text file into the code tags. It should line up a bit neater like:

Code:

Might be a plumbing problem. What sort of boost control are you using? The boost numbers drop just before 5k. If that's when boost rises, perhaps the solenoid you are using is hooked up with a normally closed valve inline instead of a normally open... or something like that. Did you change the BC from a bleed-off style to an interrupt?
