you don't really need a wiring diagram to disable the starter kill.

(usually on dei alarms though, the starter kill wires will either be purple-green, black-black/white or green-green/white))

you will need to take your under dash down and find your ignition harness. you can trace it from the back of the key cylinder. look for larger gauge wires that are tapped in that harness. (usually 10 or 12 gauge) one of them will be cut. that is your starter wire. you will need to disconnect the alarm from that wire on both cut sides and then reconnect the wire together. either solder it or use a good crimp cap.

note: the factory starter wire will be a black/white wire.

what type of car is it? I have access to wiring diagrams to pretty much any car out there

also if you think the whole ignition harness was cut you can just test for the starter wire.

you will need a volt-meter (multimeter) to test for voltage. the starter wire will rest at ground (0 volts) unless the engine is cranking. so it will be ground, 12 volts while cranking, and then back to ground when the car is started.

your starter wire from the factory should be either. red/blue or white/pink

at least if it is still the factory wiring.
