Default Problems with Accessport

I ran the stage1 on my 2002 WRX, no problem.
I just finished installing my vf34, pinks etc, on my car. I just came in to download the VF34 map onto my accessport and it wont transfer. The two arrows in the center of the accessport map manager screen are not there and when i click on the map, the green arrows appears in the local pc window but doesnt work when clicked. Do I have a bad accessport or a jacked up map manager software?
NEED HELPS!
