ok, well I have noticed that the 02 crowd has gone from a few and is slowly growing bigger. I remember when I was one of the few 02's out here asking for help and just getting answers from the only 3 other 02's on the board. All of them shrugging too. So, I am just wondering how many of us there are now. Also Who here is autos/maunals, what packages did you get with your car and what have you guys done to your cars?

I have a silver automatic
My car came off the dealership floor with the Wing and that was it.
I have done: foglights, Keyless entry, Subaru security system, Cobb Cold air intake with blue rubber, a 1,000 buck Sony explode head unit and JL speakers all the way around with a 10 inch JL sub in the trunk with custom enclosure and locked to the floor(so I can bump durring an auto-x)

I got morettes coming with fake STI fog covers.

Next on my list is to make 5000 bucks and be a real individual and go N/A with the cobb na power package # 3

I might buy a venom kit in between but I havn't decided on that yet.

'02 2.5RS 5 speed, also Bling* Blinging* silver*.

It came with fog lights, tweeter kit, arm rest extension (makes for a more comfortable ride), keyless entry, and all the standard stuff.

I haven't done anything to my car except wash and wax it. My plans for the car are... pay it off (many months to go). While I'm paying it off, I don't plan on doing much to it, if I come across some extra money I'm going to focus on handling (sway bar and strut bar). After that I'll go for a CAI then exaust.

And I plan on changing the plugs (NGK Iridiums, unless someone advises otherwise) sometime soon.

Yeah, Neal, I think we were both posting break-in questions at the same time...

My 02RS is silver; also packing 4eat. Options I got from the dealer: wing, fogs, keyless entry and armrest.

So far I've added a GanzFlow, and I've got the IMPREZA lettering on order.

Window Tint
Heads-up Display (right next to the radar detector - handy!)
Gauge/Needle Lighting Mods?

Hey, hey... nice to hear from my fellow brothers. I'm still watching for some pics in the Member Gallery from you guys, might have some up in a few days.

Anyway my baby is 5speed Sinister Black with fogs, spoiler with Zero Sports CF wing adapters. I've since added an Alpine alarm/keyless entry, Alpine CDA-7875 deck, and I have a single 10" JL Audio sub in bandpass (secured with some nifty velcro work) running off a Phoenix Gold QX2180 amp.. pretty modest system but MUCH better sounding than stock.

My plans for the next few months are: kartboy and bushings, brullen cat back with dual tips, either PRM intake or Compass depending...

By next spring 18" gold P1's

I am driving a Blue Ridge Pearl 02 2.5RS 5-speed. The options that are on it are fog lights, keyless entry, tweeter kit, armrest extension and the spoiler which some jacka$$ tried to remove one night. A new spoiler, trunklid, paint and everything will run you about $1300 if anyone is interested. But the spoiler is on backorder.

I have a Ganzflow and a Whiteline adjustable rear stabilizer bar. I have yet to see another 02 BRP RS on the road. It is cool to have something as unique as this car. I want to do a cat-back as soon as I can gather up the money. I think I will keep the stock rims because Michigan's roads have potholes that like to swallow Hondas.

Keep in mind that it is quickly thrown together, and not much is there yet! And remember that I'm not trying to recreate i-club

It would just be a decent resource for the 02RS - the forgotten people Do the topics listed seem reasonable? Anything that shouldn't be there, or anything missing?

The basic focus would be the mod list and the q&a pages. The mod list would contain the usual categories, places to purchase, approximate pricing, links to instructions, and any special concerns/changes to the install on a new RS.

So let me know whether to continue or just circular file it!

I am going to talk to a local webhoster for the MWSOC.org and see if I can get my own aprt and I will buy a name like ej25.com or somthing and then we cna make a faq/pictures page with plenty of room. But the site you got is a good place for the mean time or untill you start getting flooded with stuff. A web site is a good idea. I have a roll of film I need to get developed. Once I do that and get them scanned, I'll send the pics your way.

Also, I'm somewhat of a web site developer (that's what I do at work when I'm not reading these posts... haha), so I wouldn't mind helping with a web site (when there's content for it). I find it difficult to make a page when you don't have the content that will go on it.

Mine is silver with a 5 speed manual, keyless entry and fog lights.

I don't know about you guys but these 02 RS's are very rare. I've owned mine since May and I have yet to see one here on the road in northern Jersey. I feel kind of special though. Some people compliment me and never really know for sure what it is.

Just got home from the dealership 5mins ago!

Ordered: July 31.
Arrived: August 30.
Color: Aspen White
Paid price: $17,969 = Invoice.
Options: None

I bought it bone stock because I was still uncertain of the options I wanted. I was still questionable about the stock spoiler. I like it, but I still want something more aggressive. Foglights, I do want these, but also wanted the foglight covers. The other options I wanted, I'm going to buy elsewhere; ie: subaruparts.com, etc.

I guess so, there's a light in the center of the roof but that's it.

As for the rarity of the car, it is definately rare. I haven't seen any others in my area, and apparently the dealerships around here haven't seen many either...

Fogs & keyless were the only options

I added a security system, yellow Ganzflow, and 33% tint on 5 windows... oh yeah, my anthracite grill badge and lack of stuff on the decklid

WRX pedal covers are on their way and so will an exhaust as soon as my tax refund shows up

Tires(Dunlop SP5000's for an all season or Falken Azines if I decide on a summer only tire) will come soon

The site looks good, with all our input I'm sure it will work well
