Default spark plugs

I just changed my spark plugs and I have a ticking sound. In my camero it meant a cylinder was missing.

Would dielectric grease afftec the spark plugs?

I used NGK v power plugs the champions were a little yellow and pitted around the center electrod

It's possible you didn't get all the leads snug and are hearing the spark jump a small gap. Recheck the plug boots.
