'06 STi equal length headers, questions

I read somewhere that the '06 STi has equal length headers which makes me assume the '04 and '05 do not. Are there any other parts in the exhaust system that are different or is everything else the same. Would the '06 headers be interchangable with the earlier STi models? Thanks.

The JDM STi's with the twin scroll turbos have equal length headers, but USDM STi manifold hasn't changed.

06 sti is UNequal headers, i remember reading the 06 RS or what ever its called now has equal headers.
