Post SOA still no help

I realize someone resurected my old post about problems with SOA recently. Well, I just got anoher e-mail from SOA this morning. I told them about catching my dealer puting used parts (timing belt) on my car and charging me for new parts. I also found that they had put used parts on a person's SVX. All SOA did was call the dealer. Hello, like the dealer is going to admit to something like that over the phone. They wouldn't even admit to it in person. In SOA's e-mail they said they hope everything was resolved. Of course it isn't. Damn retards. I can't even talk to anyone at that dealership anymore. Can't get it resolved if I can't even talk to them. If I was to even step into that dealership again, people would die, and it wouldn't be me.
