Default ecutek or utec for 290whp vf34 stage 4 setup?

My goal is to make 290whp with my setup. Basic stage 4 components im running now...

VF34, Pinks, TMIC, catless UP/TBE, FP. Right now it's running on an Accessport.

I'm hoping I can get to 290whp...how much of a challenge am I up against? I know many are turning 260-280whp. I'm debating if it would be better to get it done with ecutek or utec. Cobb ST/PT is not an option for me, I live no where near a Cobb tuner.

Entirely depends on the dyno.

On the Gruppe-S mustang dyno, you'd be lucky to get 260 with a VF34. On some of the higher reading Dynojets, 290 is no problem. You need to tell us what a STOCK WRX runs on the dyno you intend to go to.

Still need to know what a stock WRX runs on that dyno (will vary among dynapacks depending on temp, etc.)

I have a buddy who is running a setup close to yours and is running 326whp with the utec. So it is entirely possible
