Default Utec Flat-Foot Shifting

So I've done a ton of searching to no avail. I understand the STi UTEC does not have the option (yet) to set two different RPM points for the LC and FFS, so at what RPM am I supposed to be flat-foot shifting? Do you have to shift at the indicated RPM to get the best (smoothest) result, or does the UTEC do the same thing whenever shifting with TPS at 100%? Thanks for the help.

bump. Somebodys gotta have some more concrete info about the secondary rev limiter - I've read every single thread ever started about this subject, yet have found no concrete answers.

If the FFS setting is at 5500 RPM, just keep your foot planted at 100% TPS when you push in the clutch instead of lifting off. It will limit the RPM then to 5500 between shifts instead of bouncing off the factory rev limit.
