Modded cars are worth less than unmodded... this is an extreme case though.

Yup. It is a retardedly low "Buy it Now" price for a dynamite car. You're looking at probably $12-15k in just parts on that car right there. And that's not even including the labor time for all of the installing and tuning on it. It's literally a steal.

Sure, bent tubing would look nicer, but if it is welded correctly there shouldn't be any welds inside the tubing. Each section should be a fairly smooth transition to the next.

It's low pressure air piping, not a a nuclear reactor primary cooling system. Not leaking is all that's required.
