Does anybody drive a 2000-2004 legacy? I cant find anything on these cars. I think there were only 2-3 pictures of them in 9 pages. I dont think i'm driving a rare car, but it seems as though nobody has them. It's either generation before or generation now.

Here's '00 Legacy GT 5mt. Nothing special. Minor mods - Whiteline 20-24 Rear sway bar, Kartboy short shifter, stereo stuff. I'm planning on some suspension stuff and perhaps exhaust this summer.

Mine's on the first page or so, but yeah, they don't seem to be as common.

These bad boys are rare in my area - I've only seen maybe two or three in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Mine is especially different...

Bronze was on the drawing boards before someone suggested red. I, myself, enjoy doing stuff that's different. So yeah!

The banner is going to change, but there will be one. Will likely go for one not so big whenever I switch. Just my thing, I guess.

And no, not lowered. Will likely lower in spring in combo with aftermarket wheelz!

I really think that these would look alot better all red. The "polished lip look" isnt working as there in no lip. See if you can photochop it to be all red and see what it looks like.

Thanks

Just drivetrain (KB SS, Front/Rear bushings and STi tranny mount) and I have the fog light kit coming next week. The next mods are brakes/springs/sway bars. I dont really want to do any other mods since in about 3-4 years I plan on buying a new LGT or WRX.

paul_p Welcome!

Beautiful Legacy! I used to own those same front seats. Miss them so much.

The wheels are glorious.

Nice, is there any improvement in shifting with the rear bushings? I definitely plan on installing an STI tranny mount too because I heard that it really helps with the "bucking" of the legacy. Any clue on what your suspension/brake upgrades will be?

Definately an improvement with both. Originally I only had the Kartboy SS and installed the front bushings. A lot of the slushy feeling that the stock shifting had was gone. Then when I did the rear bushings and STi tranny mount and the firmness between shifts improved, really improved with shifting in the corners as there was less transmission movement.

Brakes - I plan on either finding a set of 5x100 04 STi rotors/calipers or getting a big brake WRX kit.

Suspension - iON springs or Tanabe if they release their springs before I get the iONs. Also a set of Cusco front and rear sway bars.

One of these days I'll put on the WRX front/H6 rear brakes with Axxis Ultimates and SS lines
not pictured is the sweet thule rack.

I may swap in a WRX driveline if I don't just buy a new car.

Oh, and here are some tips for everyone:

-Don't break the tables
-Don't quote someone's 15 pictures over again.

i bet this car is a blast to drive. you should get some wider wheels like slipstreams or something
