Here's a cool package that we've put together. These are competition worthy harnesses (FIA Homologated, good for 5 years) branded by Sparco and made by Schroth. The harness bar allows you to use these harnesses without having a roll cage in your car. It will also stiffen you car's chassis. All hardware is included and all components are correct so you don't have to worry about piecing everything together and getting the correct parts.

For those of you that would still like the option of a harness but don't want to go for the balls to the wall competition harness and roll bar, I suggest this:

The Sparco Clubman 3 pt. Double Buckle Harness is great for all of you who need a harness from time to time but would still like the convenince of being able to use your back seat without having your harness stretch across it. This harness is made by Scroth for Sparco and features a buckle on the shoulder harness section behind the head so that it can be easily disconnected any time you want. When you want to use it, simply reconnect the buckle. For those who haven't used a harness before, you'd be amazed at how much it can improve your driving experience; it keeps you from sliding around in your seat during spirited driving which can often cause you to end up in awkward positions or to expend energy holding yourself up.
