I just want to make sure I'm on the same page as everyone else. There is a rally-x on Sept. 22. There is NOT one the weekend of Oct 5-7 in conjuction with the Prescott Rally. Am I correct?

It is my understanding that there are the two rallycross events. One in conjunction with the Yavapai County Fair and the other in conjunction with the Prescott Forest Rally. I am sure BillB. will give us the scoop.

Yavapai Downs is the newest attraction in Prescott Valley. It is a huge venue with a 1 mile horse racing oval, untouched infield, and great grand stands for viewing it all. We will be running in the infield, preparing for the October event, run in conjunction with The Prescott Forest Rally. While we look forward to a long relationship with them, we are still looking at some Phoenix locations to host some events. we are working on a few great spots for next year!!!

Yes, you can just watch the events. There will be a few of the AzScooby guys participating and some just watching the event. I will be watching the event supporting the AzScooby participants.
As far as cost I am not sure. Maybe a charge to get into the fairgrounds, but I am not sure.[

first, my appologies for not being "here" as much lately...

the next event is Sept 22nd. It will be run in conjunction with the Yavapai County fair. You can just watch, BUT there will be a gate fee (because of the fair) BUT that gets you into the fair as well. We have dropped the entry fee to 25.00 because of this other fee. One day we will have a venue that we can get spectators in for free...

The event following that is on OCTOBER 6th (SIXTH, SEIS)... YES, it was on the web site wrong, I had a little brain fade that day, but have since switched to synthetic. Thanks for catching that date for me. This one WILL NOT have an entry fee. WOOHOO!!!

the reason it is not on the CRS calendar is because the October one is not a CRS points event.

The october event is one not to miss!!! The rally will be there, and you can compare your times directly with the rally competitors, as we will be using the same course.

cool. reg for the rallyx in Oct will open on the 23rd. If you are running the rallyx we ask for your help with working the Super and Parc Expose before the rallyx. It is not required, and won't take place of the regular worker position, but is certainly appreciated.

Oh well it looks like I slept through it. Robert stopped by and told me there were 12 Subie's there and you had a blast. Way to go!
