Did you take the lil ferry boat to get to Nakusp? Tell me what stuff is over there. Last I remember it, there's only hotsprings and stuff. If there's anything decent out there, I should do that route sometime. How's the traffic on the weekend? I called you but you were busy driving I guess, haha. PS: Kelowna traffic still sucks the big one, but I did ~450km in under 4hrs.

There's not much of interest over there. Nakusp had gas at 76.9.

I've taken to exploring though. I'm getting a map to put up so I can put a tack through all the places I go.

You must've hauled ass to Kelowna. When I saw you I turned around and went half way to Oyama trying to find you. My phone never even rang, btw.

Nakusp is about 100 kms south of revelstoke on highway 23. You have to cross the galena bay ferry which takes about 30 mins. There's only about 4000 ppl livin there. Nice place though.

The fastest way to get there from Van. would be to come to the Okanagan via the Coquihalla and then on Highway 6 from Vernon.

Mapquest is very cool!

Fastest way to Kelowna would still be the Coquihalla right?

Told the girl I'd take her winetasting some day...any "season" that's good for that? Like...wine season and stuff?

Anytime, while it's warm preferably so you can rip around while it's nice.

The coquihalla is by far the fastest way. My car is stock and I can do it in 2.5 hours. Of course Hwy 1 or 3 is a much nicer drive.

If you come up give me a shout.

I think if you go out there, you have to experience at least 1 tailgate party... hehe. Those were fun!
