Default CEL random in neutral

Hey Guys. Got my utec on and installed. Developed this really weird issue where in nuetral most of the time under 20 mph right around idle. I get a random CEL not a knock flash but it comes on stays for about 10 seconds or so and then goes off??!

Any insight would be helpful!!

Thanks!!

the utec will light the cel briefly when idle speed drops too low.
