Most models don't have enough suction. You need to hook it up to a Shop Vac to see real results.

According to Penn & Teller, nothing works besides surgery. They explored this issue on their show Bull*****.

Unless you are willing to go under the knife, be happy with what you've got.

Yes, some do work and several models have recieved approval by the Dept. of Veterans Affairs as a therapy tool and are covered by insurance.
What is the question is not so much does a given model work but what is the intient of said model. The items I'm familiar with provide assistance toward those who cannot on their own develop or maintain a full erection. The devices work by suction some manual others with a battery powered pump and again they are covered as medical devices (IBserious).

Others that you see in sex shops e.g. the 'Vac-U- Jack' and such have an intent of stretching not the penis skin or foreskin but the spngy body of the penis shaft itself, over time. How long that might be depends on the individual own physical factors, practice and expectations. Effectively the results if any will be minimal to IIRC less than a 1/2 inch in length and it's temporary. People though have had much better luck toward elongating the penis through use of weight training and devices/methods that along with gravity pull he penis down away from the body again stretching it over time. This method is reported by practitioners to be more permanent.
Surgery as an option has come a long way in recent years and as noted by others prior is the best & most reliable option although even there results do vary widely as based on ones own starting point, goals, and depth of pockets as the surgery is not covered by insurance.

Losing abdominal weight can increase penile length. There is a tendon of sorts that connects abdominal muscles to the penis. Men with guts tend to have this tendon pulled outwards which in turn draws the penis inwards. Other than that, you are stuck with what you have unless you get surgery. This surgery severs the tendon to elongate the penis. Not much can be done to improve girth.

the porn industry uses fluffers, viagra, and penis pumps. how do i know? i was on the set at a few adam and eve prons a few years ago. the pump is mostly used to just make the dix look thicker. they coupled that with wrapping a warm towel around the dix.
