I've been looking for around for an older subie to turn into a rallyx machine. Just found a 1980/81 DL 1600...
Where's a good place to go to find specs/general info on older subarus? |

Excellent choice.
![]() Try this: Old School Bulletin Board PM me if it doesn't work. Here, you will find some of the best experts around. I found it while working on this my project. Just out of curiosity, what model did you pick up? Wagon, hatchback, coupe? |

Thanks for the link!
I haven't picked it up yet (want to know a little about it first), but it's a hatchback. Flat trunk w/the spare tire on top of the engine. |

The best models in my opinion.
![]() Take a look at my project in the link above. I'm sure you haven't seen it in a while. These cars are very easy to maintain and are fun to drive too. Sure they're not as fast as a WRX, but they've got twice the character. ![]() Matt '01 RS '86 Brat ![]() |
