Default SPARK PLUGS + Rough Acceleration Question

Does anyone have the link to a faq on hot to change out spark plugs for 2002 WRX?

My car started to jerk and accelerate roughly recently and I don't know what the problem is...if you stomp the gas in 2nd for example it will not be smooth at all and jerk a little bit, no idea what this is. Boost related? Fouled plugs or wires? No idea...any input would be appreciated.

I had my spark plugs and fuel filter changed at 45K miles. Car was MUCH smoother afterwards. IIRC fuel filter is supposed to be changed at 30K and plugs at 60K. I then ran Seafoam through it and it felt even smoother.

Scoobymods.com may have a 'how to' for the plugs.
