Question best video converter for iPod and PSP

I've been all over the net looking for something free to convert dvds and video files to something viewable on either my PSP or my iPod (5G). Most involve too many steps and too much time.

I'm willing to shell out money, if the solution is easy, quick and reliable. What would OT use?

TIA,

RR

I've been using PSPv9, it works well for the PSP stuff, not at all for the iPod. I guess that's why they have the videora one. Do you have any suggestions on setting that work that would make the file sizes as small as possible while still leaving the videos oK to look at?

thanks for the info.
