Talking PDM NEW design 2.5 RS Intake

Hi, my webmaster is slow as a slug..so for those that have NOT added the best power enhancer to your 2.5 litre motor, my 3" aluminum cold air intake has now been revised, and is now an even BETTER price to all I-Club members.

Old price was $70 US for the intake which was a smoking cheap deal....., BUT
new price is now an unheard of $50 US plus shipping. (local people of course don't pay shipping if you pick it up from me.)

That's an absolutely UNHEARD OF price of $77.50 Canadian plus taxes (for a total of $88.35) for the CHEAPEST, and MOST EFFECTIVE hp gain you will get on your n.a. 2.5 litre motor.

I've sold dozens of these pipes, and all agree this is one of the cheapest, best hp mod you can do to your car by far.

I also have lots of K&N drop in filters in stock, at the same great price of $45 US($69.75 Canadian plus taxes)

Combined, you free up noticeable hp in your car.

Fax your order in today to take advantage of this super deal before they are sold out.

Thumbs up Don...

You're the only automotive "retailer" that I know of that:
a) Improves on an already good design and
b) lowers the price at the same time!

Thanx for letting us know! What's new in this design?

LaterZ!
Darren!!

ps - If you ever need anyone to do any testing for you.....

Don: The price is great! I'm sure most people here aren't concerned about that though, what they probably want to know is what's new about it? Pics would be great!

My question is, does it fit the MY02 cars? I was thinking of making my own, but at that price, with local availability, it's not worth the effort.

Completely smooth intake. No more welding of holes in the intake. I had pipes bent custom for the Subaru applications for me now. Same shape, same size, same adapter,....just cleaner. (and less money too !)

those are the same thing
MAF should be MAF Sensor (Mass AirFlow)
MAS is Mass Airflow Sensor

i guess MAF just won't allow us to have play any intake safe!!!

unless u can secure the intake super tight and not to let it has too much vibration to the sensor or sth? (coz i heard that's why it becomes faulty?)

actually, I think it's not the shaking as some people previously thought, some people secured the maf really tightly and it still broke. I think it's the same on the STi-5s....
I think it's just a faulty batch of MAFs...at least, that's what I've heard...so...you'll probably still have to replace your MAF at least once :P

Actually I am still confused w/ the MAF sensor thing. I was told that putting an intake in a MY99 will blow the MAP sensor almost for sure.... but it seems like it's just a Vancouver thing now. Cuz I have met some people in Toronto iclub and iclub North America who have MY99 RS, and they can put intakes in their cars and nothing happened. They even bring their cars to track, autoX and rally etc.......... I don't understand why there's no intake for us.....

I believe MY98's don't have a problem with blowing MAF's for whatever reason - oily film buildup, bad batch, vibration...

The JC sports intake seems to be MAF friendly though.
