downloadable encoding for STi

where can i download a functional encoder so I can read everything on the STi page. the encoder that download automaticlly only encodes what the product is, no specs, no prices nothing. any help would be great

I think he means translator...

1. You need to get Japanese Text Support for your browser (for ie it's on windowsupdate). This will turn the garbage into japanese text...

2. You still need a program to translate it to english

once you have actual japanese characters, you can copy / paste them with altavista (here's the link: http://world.altavista.com/ )- they have a translation service.

Or you can just paste the URL into the box on http://babelfish.altavista.com - though I believe it only works right in IE (damn web page designers...).
