Looks sweet, but IMO you should lose the driving lights and bury some Hella Black Magic's in there so you can barely see them until they're on. Very smooth looking car, though.

Default AND PEOPLE WONDER...

...how I got my name!!! Actually, I got CRAZY KEN from my sound system installer...my system went through "5" count them "5" JL Audio subs...all covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay a lick...we found out 10", 12", 15" W0 & W1 suck so now I have 2 10" W3 are they are sweet...but if I am CRAZY enough and want more bass I could go with 2 12" W6 but then I would have to get a bigger amp...not worth it. My system sounds accurate, clean, and crisp...I am not going to touch it!!!

I am selling my old fog and dual light to any poor soul who need extra light and don't want to spend a lot of $$$!!!

the fogs (located to the left and right air dam) each have 100 watts hyper white bulb, so you'll get a 200 watts increase in night time driving...a hell of a lot better than the stock OEM 55 watts (piece of $*!t) ($45 plus shipping)

the dual light has two bulbs per housing one set is for spot the other is for fog...combined you get a 400 watts effectively...those are located in my center air dam and currently 2 bulbs needs to be replaced. ($60 plus shipping)

I just want to get rid of them but not throw it away!!!

I was hoping they came smaller, but guess not. They are the same size as stock RS foglights.

It does look sweet, but it's a bit much for me personally. I have to ask - what's up with the blank silver license plate? Is there something written on there that I just can't see in the picture? Or is that a regular license plate that you just made silver with Photoshop or whatever for the purpose of obscuring your tag numbers? Or is it just a blank silver license plate?

thanks for trying...I didn't think the black magic would fit...I went to hella's website but couldn't find the dimensions for their Rallye 1000 FF Halogen...DO YOU KNOW???...Oh, mighty 1!!!

One can never have too much light...when I converted my headlights to H.I.D., there was a huge improvement over those expensive "hyper white" bulbs (9007) that blew out every other month...but I have to admit it is twice as good as stock..."that's not saying much! " Now with just my headlights on people occasionally high beam me and all I can do is drive by...no way to high beam them back or let them know I am using low beams...So I got a FREE set of Raybrig Type 100 that I am going to use with my headlights 24-7...and then I want to get something that can act as my high beam so no "high beamer" can mess with me!!! If I get another round light it has to be 4" to 5" in diameter otherwise those rectangularly /squared is the only way to go I guess !

The license plate holder is blank, because I haven't put my front tags on yet...I was contemplating on whether or not to get custom tags or just leave it off!!!

Custom tags...I guess I have to post another post asking for ideas!

Thanks for all the support and help me find my high beams,

Oh, so that's built into the Greddy lip? I'm assuming that must be the case, because my bumper doesn't have a big license plate holder like that.

Ken:

So how did your body shop finally modify it? Did they have to cut the ends of the lip and extend it so that it wrap around the inside of the fender wall? Or was the opposite done by cutting into the fender wall? How was it mounted? Was it a straight drill-in or were mounting brackets used? Do you think you could take some pics of the modifications so it gives me an idea for mine?

Many thanks.

Patrick Olsen-Yes it's built in and I'm not sure if I should cut it off or get a custom tags...because those holes dont match up with U.S. spec tags...so if I have to put a tag on it will be custom and I will have to either drill 2 holes in my new tags or the lip!!!

legaliztik2001-they actually say it was short...when they broke my lip I noticed that the basically chopped up my origianl lip's left and right air dam...they cut a huge piece on both sides...so I was driving for one day with chopped up stock OEM front lip...when I got it back they said it better and stronger than ever!!! they screwed in the lip at the fender and glued it too and used double sided 3M tape and glue throughout the whole front of the lip...because they said it wasn't a perfect...there were a couple of places that bulged out slightly so the used a heat gun glue and tape and then repainted everything...NOW it looks like it's one with the car...I'll take some pics and post it to the member's forum soon!!!

nitrohuffer-Don't worry...I will be selling my old intake to you man...You got first dibbs!!!

8Complex- Thanks for the help...U DA MAN!!! I am assuming they are the cheapest too since you are recommending them!!!
Any comments on the Rallye 1000 FF Halogen

Benjamin Tang- If there is big time snow, and the trucks aren't out there plowing I still have my 1995 Toyota Landcruiser available...so no worries here!!! When the street are plowed my legacy with stock OEM 16" rim, Blizzak tires and me will take care of the rest! It's not as noisy at WOT I hear mostly my Stromung...well designed and nice acceleration above 4000 rpm above 60 mph to 90 mph But I think it could b better if I make the ram air inlet bigger for more air to be foced down its throat!

Johnathan- If you want my fogs it's the most easy mod of all to do...take off your old fogs (i.e. 2 screws)...cut the wire connected to the stock foglight housing...wire and solder my fogs and use 1 OEM screw to screw in the bracket to the car...thats it!!! You can still use you stock foglight switch to turn it on and off...you may opt. install a higher amp fuse in your fuse box located to the left of your left foot!!! I changed it to 20 amp I believe and had the lights for about a year with the same bulb and the same fuse!!!

Default INLET

...is located behind the left air dam behind the fog light...according to Weapon-R the inlet is anti-water ingested! But I will take precautions!

Hmm.. I may have missed something here. Are you using the stock Legacy plastic FOG LENSes with higher wattage bulbs, or are these something completely different (I.E. complete fog light assemblys with lenses) ? As I may have mentioned earlier, my right-hand lens is broken.

Yes, the stock lenses have two philips head screws that attatch to the lower bumper section.. As you mentioned, that is very easy to connect.

Splicing/soldering in an electrical "spade" lug connection works with most any fog light and isn't a problem.

At any rate I am still very much interested.
You are asking $ 45 + Shipping ?
(Please check your PM's !)

Thank you.
