Keep Right

Default Putting in the 2.5 Short block and feed back

I put in the axis 2.5 forged piston Short block. Roos Tranny [whicn I love]. It's nice having the low end grunt but tuning thid thing has cost me an arm and a leg n' a half. - - C/R, timing belt issues. Wont make more than 305 whp. Dynos out the same on pump as on race fuel. I don't want to add up the money spent going from 280whp w a 2.0 vf 22 to 2,5 Axis SB, FPGreen, Water injection, p&p heads / Kevlar timing belt, exhaust etc. for 20whp.

Hits 305whp at 5,300 rpm's [306 torque at 3500?] then flat lines to 7,000.

pdx says "the Kevlar, timing belt is probably off". Not installed right

????? Over built the engine, - parts wise anticipating about 385whp.

Any others out there with this expereiance???
