My understanding is that if you are very brave & have lots of money you can purchase an Austrailian 'Capa' Supercharger for your 2.2 Liter engine for around $2,000 US dollars + Shipping. Be prepared to spend time adapting this kit to your US spec setup.

Other than that you can also look into a set of headers (~ $300 -500), a 'cat back' performance exhaust kit (~ $200 - 600), and you can also get an intake kit as well (~ $160). These mods while readily available, and not all that expensive, dont really offer you all that much additional performance. They certainly give you some auditory clues that you arent driving just some grocery getter, however.

I purchased a new exhaust, It gave me a little noticable boost. I am also planning on purchasing an intake pretty soon which will probably do the same thing. But I cant seem to find headers for my car. Any ideas where I might be able to find a decent set for a reasonable price?

i've tried endlessly to get capa to respond to my inquiries, to no avail. i've pretty much given up on them

GTBGUY mentioned something about a low-boost turbo kit from jcsports for the ej22. you might want to ask him about that because i don't have any details.... very new?

Benjamin Tang - Ask your friend to check is mail.... you should be seeing something very very shortly.

Also, the upcoming kit will be for Legacys, Forresters and Outbacks. EJ22's will run a different turbo than the EJ25's.

FYI, it's not a JCS kit... it's an iON Performance kit

I think your 95 2.2L should have dual exhaust port heads. If so, I think that the headers for the 2.5L will fit. Is this correct GTBGUY? I know youre helping with the Brullen header and might be privy to this info.

If the 2.2L heads are Dual Exhaust port, I will check it out before the end of the week.

If it fits, the 2.2L will benefit from the "Long Tube" equal length header and high flow cat.

Just to clarify, the Equal Length headers that are coming available will first be offered on a Pre-Release basis. After the limited pre-release is completed, the headers will be available through the reseller channel.

Yes, Brullen is manufacturing these headers. They should be available to the I-Club people as soon as we get proper documentation and G-Tech numbers.

If you want any further information as to the status of these headers, please feel free to PM me.

Thanks

Just like that, but use lacquer thinner to remove the old paint. I hope this helps and take some pic's of what you have done.

Ok the two red pieces in the front are my Hella supper tones I'd say the weapon-r added like 10-15HP maybe. the ram air I got from http://www.importstudio.bigstep.com Only get the shield and then get the hose from Home Depot. OK

One more thing, your going to have to come down and see all the cool stuff I and my friends have down here.

I checked out the ram air... Now.. would I have to buy the Weapon R intake first and then the ram air basically goes with the intake? I'm somewhat confused. Another question... Do you have coilovers on your car? B/c I am looking for a cheaper set (under $500)(not the $2,000 STi ones basically) and I noticed that they have them for 91 - 94's but nothing for 95 and up, Do you know if they make any for 95 and up or do you know if the 94's will fit?
PS. -- i will have to check out your cars, how are things in the city going? very tragic.....
