The V8 Spec C are not any bigger than the Big Ports them selves. Have the Spec C heads measured via CNC machine and you can port the USDM EJ205 heads just like them.

ah hA! I've seen that intake port before. Subaru still uses that on the '06 Leggy in Japan eh.. the arch from the inlet to the valve follows the big ports on that style port. Thanks for the pics!

No probs, any suggestions on improving them would be appreciated. I'll be pulling it apart in the coming weeks, trying to measure the combustion chamber, going oversize valves and a stroker blah blah. May as well clean the heads up if I can while I'm there

I have a set of 2.0L dual AVCS heads sititng in my living room (don't ask
)I however am wondering if the combustion chamber is the same. Mine cam with ports already plugged for what looks like direct injection. I also have one of your pistons So did you want to get a forged set made or...? |
