Front license plate necessary?

Do I legally need the front number plate in place?

I see loads of cars and trucks driving around with no front plate.

I'm arranging a mini meet next Friday in Burnaby if anyone is up for it. I've been very busy since picking up my car last week so I need to have a get together!! Drinks in the Cactus Club on Lougheed Hwy.

I work locally so around 6:00 to 6:30?? Time for me is not an issue and I can hang around until later if u wish.

Pitty about the front plate, looks wicked without it on!!! More cooling too....

So all there people who drive around with no front place are going to get booked? Sod's law if I whip mine off I get pulled!!

Apparently Alberta does not require front plate?? Anybody know whether this is true?

I don't think there is a beam on the wrx that goes behind by the front opening, like on the gc8's. Keiho has his front plate submerged within the opening and looks killa. Specialty plate frames help make the license plate look less gross though. I guess you just have to live with it.

Speaking of mini-meet, I think someone is joining the ranks of 'old farts' in a couple of days. I let you all decide what age 'old fart' is deemed to be.
