if you already had hids why did you get sti hids? I am interested in this set up , but i have heard b/c the stock housing is not made to direct hid light so the light is aimed to high. did you have any problems aiming the lights?

i read the site and it says they don't make them in 4300K because after a while they turn yellow. its suggested in the electrical forum sticky that 4300K is the best for light output. obviously if he got the STI hids and is selling these, they weren't as good?

not that isnt good....they produce a very nice white with a hint of blue...i love them but in NYC everyone seems to have them now and they no longer seem as "cool" as they use to now that i see them on everyother car....so instead of goin back to halogen which i hate....i got a set of STI HIDs....

did these lights blind oncoming traffic?

you mentioned adjusting them with a 9mm wrench, is that how you aimed them? i've been debating on HID's but so many people say to stick with the STI HID's, but for me they don't have that exotic light to them.

free bump....

well bugeye (JDM or EDM are the same) projector, non-hid's use a H1 low beam, and 9005 highs. the seller stated in the first post, however, that these were for a H1. not sure if you were saying H7 cause thats what in the 04-05's? or you weren't sure. not sure who's right here, i've never had an 04-05.
