Does Cosworth make cams for the 2.0L or just the 2.5l?

A couple questions about the Cosworth engine:

1) What does the "Crate Engine" consist of?

2) What are the specs on the Cosworth Cams (for the 2.5 STi).

3) Do the Cosworth heads retain the AVCS?

4) Are the heads cast with the tumble generator removal spacer already cast into the heads?
