Cobb Stage 2

Default cobb protune or ecutec protune

I live very close to topspeed, so I went to check it out.
they suggested using ecutec, but they also do cobb protunes.
what would be better? i just want an upgrade on my car, im not planning on doing much more than the cobb stage 2 which i had in mind first.
cobb was my first option cuz i didn't know i lived so close to a tunning shop.
now that i can get either protunes i don't know which one would be best?
what do you guys suggest

they will both work the same, but with the cobb ap you can have several maps you can switch from, if you pay for tuning for more than one map. You can have an economy map, a pump gas map, a race gas map... blah blah blah...... I would go with the cobb AP for that reason.

It seems the tuners can get the maps made much quicker with AccessECU as well, meaning you could get more out of your dyno time.

Some have said it takes half the time of ecutek.

Power and performance wise, they should be identical.

Results wise, it's a toss-up.

Time wise, PT definitely gets the nod IF the tuner is as familiar with the PT software as he/she is with the ECUTek software. There's some "brain damage" whenever you have to learn new software and some tuners embrace change, others don't. At least that's how I interpret this kind of bias.
