Here's the end goal that I want to do....but I want to use the pipe that comes with the ebay kit. the pipes below are said to be custom, I want to know if it is for sure:

Please, someone help me out. im 1800 miles away from my car, or i would rip the bumper off and try it.

The only reason a longer pipe is needed is because it doesnt line up perfectly and the silicone is a little short to get around the rolled edge of the pipe, but if you have a longer piece of silicone it goes over fine and it clamps fine.

Also is it just me or does the picture above look like the car has burned before? Look at the fender well, it looks charred.
^ So, did any one figure it out? any pics?

Regarding getting the piping through the front hole, you can probably cut a piece of the coldside piping before the engine bay and rotate it to fit.

For those of you that don't use the mount/bracket on the hotside pipe over near the bpv and driver side strut tower.....check that threaded hole for leaks. Just did a boost leak test on my car and other than the inch of gasket missing between the bov flanges and a clamp at the throttle body that needed tightened, this threaded hole was also leaking around 8psi. No leaks now up to 17psi when my tester started to come out of the coupler.

"Fatimah Quyyum" <fatimahq@ssautochrome.com>

I emailed them and they told me 300 shipped. and that was yesterday. I asked them if the kit still came with the MAF piece and the radiator overflow tubes and tank...she said "no." where would you purchase those pieces anyway?

Using something like one of these would be a better solution anyway.
That tank that is/was included is very simple and does not include a cap if I remember right.
