^^There are several Ebay fmic's, some are terribly small and look like ish on some subie's. IMO, THIS ebay fmic that this thead is about, has no 'flow' issues at all.

I tell you what, When my Perrin 30r kit goes on, I will tie into the outlet of the turbo and measure the pressure difference from there, to what my factory map sensor reads. That should show the pressure drop across all the charge tubes and core.

You may have a little trouble with it because of the bend in the SPT intake piping that wants to put the cone filter right where the cold-charge pipe is. If it doesn't work, sell the SPT intake because the kit comes with a MAF adapter and you can buy a 3" cone filter from Autozone for $20. I doubt there would be any power loss/gain going from the SPT intake to the one that comes with the kit.

Also, on top of the reducer dont forget the BPV adapter, or a new BOV.

such is the price of a dirt cheap intercooler, plus they don't even have a phone number advertised. it's a miracle these people even manage to use the internet at all.

They are definitly not known for thier customer service

I think we all kind of just prayed it would show up, and luckily it seems as though pretty much everyone got thiers without a problem.

Me and a friend just fit this on my 06 STI. Alot of cutting on the front bumper, which I dont mind. The instructions from SS's site look like they are for a 04-05' sti. We had to bend a AC line down, and unbold the fuel lines from both the support bracket on the body, and the bracket connecting to the runners. For ~$350, i couldnt be happier.

Yes, they fit on an 06 WRX. I just put down 348/348 on a dyno dynamics with this FMIC and a Deadbolt 20G with supporting mods.

To help the guys that have a hard time with ebay just search for "scooby fmic" and that should bring up all the ssautochrome ones.

Yeah, I ended up ordering the adapter from Ebay as well. Thank goodness a local shop here stocks the reducer though.
