Default Rear bumper paint issue

I just noticed that my rear bumper paint is horrible! First off, I haven't wash the car for maybe 2-3 weeks. So I washed it today. Everything was cool until I saw the rear bumper condition. There is "splashes" of water on the bumper. It's like how some people say that after they debadge the trunk emblems they still see the shadow kind of thing. Except in my case, it's not the letters. I tried waxing it but doesn't make it going away.

A better example would be the difference in skin color on a girl's (insert body parts) after a tan.

I will post some pics later.

Sorry for the size. But you can clearly see some "streaks" of whatever.

you can try using a claybar or just polish it out.

Yeah, clay bar or using some of your dish washing detergent. Or try some light rubbing compound, or clear cut compound, or even worst, try wet sanding as your last resort. Hope that helps.

I have left my car unwashed for longer than this, but this is the first time i notice those marks. 100% positive they were not there a month ago (hand wash my car all the time except in winter). Just can't figure out what could have done this.

I think I will try clay bar next..

thanks for the reply.. =)
